Welcome to Crafty Tattoo Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking system, and services. By accessing or using our website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

Crafty Tattoo Studio operates in Wheeling, West Virginia. Our website provides information about our artists, services, promotions, and online booking.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo services or to book an appointment with us.
A valid government-issued ID is required at your appointment.
Anyone under 18 cannot receive tattoo services — even with parental consent — in compliance with West Virginia state law.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be made through our online booking system (Venie.ink or via direct contact).

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your final tattoo price.

  • Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to appear for your appointment.

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.

  • Pricing varies by artist, design complexity, placement, and time required.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • We accept cash and approved electronic payments.

  • All tattoo services are final once rendered; no refunds are provided for completed work.

  • Gift cards and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Health and Safety

We maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment following all West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources regulations.
By booking with us, you confirm that:

  • You are in good health and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment.

  • You have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities that could affect your service.

  • You understand the risks associated with tattooing, including possible infection or allergic reaction.

You will be required to complete a consent and waiver form before receiving any tattoo service.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, videos, and text on our website and social media accounts are the property of Crafty Tattoo Studio or their respective artists.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Custom tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of the artist unless a written transfer of rights is provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crafty Tattoo Studio and its artists are not liable for any:

  • Adverse reaction to aftercare products or procedures,

  • Complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions,

  • Damages resulting from your use of our website, or

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose,

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or

  • Post or transmit harmful or defamatory material.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website or booking system for any violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using our site or booking services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ohio County, West Virginia.
